Staff Tasks Grader (Grade Staff Tasks Based on Handbook)
As a Staff Tasks Grader at ER:LC Billboards, you will be responsible for reviewing and grading staff tasks assigned to various team members based on a provided handbook. You will ensure that tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to established guidelines. This role will give you the opportunity to gain experience in performance evaluation and task management. It is an unpaid internship, ideal for those looking to develop their skills in organizational processes and staff performance assessment.
Responsibilities:

Review and grade staff tasks based on a pre-assigned handbook or set of guidelines.

Provide clear, constructive feedback on completed tasks, highlighting areas for improvement and acknowledging strengths.

Ensure that tasks are completed according to ER:LC Billboards’ standards and expectations.

Maintain records of task grades and feedback for future reference and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with team leads or HR to track task completion and identify trends in performance.

Assist in refining grading criteria or task guidelines based on feedback or evolving needs.

Ensure confidentiality of all staff performance-related information.
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to objectively assess completed tasks.

Good understanding of task grading principles and the ability to follow grading rubrics.

Familiarity with the ER:LC Billboards’ staff responsibilities and task guidelines (will be provided with the handbook).
