Staff Team Overlooker (Oversee Staff Team Operations – R1+ Only)

As a Staff Team Overlooker at ER:LC Billboards, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the entire staff team. This includes monitoring their activities, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining a smooth workflow within the team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that staff members are aligned with the platform’s goals and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner. This is an R1+ only, unpaid internship role, ideal for those seeking leadership experience and an opportunity to coordinate and manage operations at a high level.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and oversee all activities of the staff team to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time.

  • Ensure staff members are following internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Collaborate with department leads to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks affecting staff operations.
