LOA Reviewer (Review LOA Forms and Manage Support Tickets)
As an LOA (Leave of Absence) Reviewer at ER:LC Billboards, you will be responsible for reviewing LOA forms submitted by team members, ensuring that all required information is provided, and creating support tickets for proper follow-up. This role will involve managing and tracking LOA-related support tickets to ensure timely resolution and smooth workflow during team member absences. This is an unpaid internship that provides valuable experience in HR processes, ticket management, and support coordination.
Responsibilities:

Review LOA forms submitted by team members to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Create and manage support tickets for each LOA request, assigning them to the appropriate team or department for follow-up.

Track and monitor the status of LOA tickets, ensuring they are addressed promptly and resolved.

Communicate with team members regarding their LOA status and provide updates on ticket resolutions.

Ensure that all LOA records are maintained securely and comply with internal policies.

Collaborate with the HR team or team leads to confirm staffing adjustments during LOA periods.

Assist in the continuous improvement of the LOA review and ticket management process.
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure all LOA requests are properly reviewed.

Familiarity with support ticket systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
