Description:
As an Application Form Reviewer at ER:LC Billboards, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the application forms submitted for various positions within the organization. You will be assigned another handbook to ensure the application process is transparent, fair, and consistent. This is an unpaid internship that will allow you to gain experience in reviewing applications, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a well-organized recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Review application forms submitted by candidates for various roles within ER:LC Billboards.

  • Ensure that applicants meet the necessary qualifications and follow the application guidelines.

  • Provide constructive feedback on incomplete or incorrect applications.

  • Help maintain a transparent and efficient recruitment process for all applicants.

  • Collaborate with the HR or moderation team to assess the quality of applicants and make recommendations.

  • Update and refine the application process based on feedback and the evolving needs of ER:LC Billboards.
